On my recent road trip, it was coffee fueling my fire. Australian coffee is surging ahead, among the world’s best. They have some major waves there. Here are a few of the ones I drank: Genovese Latte from Perrotta’s in Cairns (with bat latte art), a flat white from Organika in Noosa, an Angel Wings latte from Proud Mary in Melbourne, and Campos Coffee in Sydney.—Michelle
